Entered into rest at the Sherwood Park Manor with her family by her side on Sunday April 22, 2018. June Marie (Whitmore) Trickey of Mallorytown age 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Russell Trickey, loving mother of Jimmie (Kathy) Trickey, Wayne (Heather) Trickey and Dale (Tammie) Trickey. Mother-in-law of Marie Trickey. Cherished Grandmother of Karen Lalonde (Jeff), David Trickey (Stephanie), Tammy Reid (Randy), Adam Trickey (Ashleigh), Blake Trickey (Mercedes), Kendall Trickey and Cole Trickey, Great- grandmother of Abby, Jacob, Dylan, Aven, Mason, Joshua, Russell and baby girl to be born in June.
June is survived by sisters Dorothy Evans, Mae Nolan, Eileen Scott-Kerr, Margaret Miller, Gladys Gunn, Gloria Blinkhorn, her brothers Raymond Whitmore and Danny Whitmore and will be missed by many nieces, nephews and in-laws. Predeceased by her parents Bill and Mary (McTavish) Whitmore, a daughter in infancy, her son Murray, Granddaughter Christina Trickey, brothers Jimmie, Bobby, Arnie and Ronnie Whitmore, sisters Gertie Franks, Barbara Nichols and her in-laws George and Louise Haffie and Dorothy and Ken Foster.
Family and friends may pay their respects at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Monday May 7, 2018 from 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday May 8, 2018 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Mallorytown Cemetery.
