Peacefully, on September 13, 2021 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Hamilton, at the age of 91. Giacomino will be deeply missed by his beloved wife of 61 years, Gina. Loving father to the late Frank (1982), and to Mario and his wife Franca. Adored Nonno to Olivia and Giancarlo. He will also be missed by brothers, sisters, in-laws, nieces and nephews in Niagara Falls and in Italy. Giacomino was always a devoted family man and a hard worker. Visitation will be held at Friscolanti Funeral Chapel, 43 Barton Street East, on Thursday from 4:00 – 7:30 p.m. Due to restrictions, guests may have to wait to enter the visitation suite, and are asked to wear a face covering and socially distance. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Anthony of Padua Church on Friday, September 17, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Entombment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Burlington.
