He will be greatly missed by his siblings Ernie (June), Richard (Marion), Mary Ann (late Mark) Frerotte, Malcolm (Julie), and Steve. Special brother in spirit of Michael (Michelle) Wongkee. Dearly loved son-in-law of Olga (late Antonio) De Simone and brother-in-law of Marcello (Cathy) De Simone. John loved and treasured his many nephews and nieces, close extended family, and dear life long friends. John spent his childhood on Crane Lake and later in Fort Erie, where he worked for Canadian National Railway until his retirement. He was a member of St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church. Our family has lost a wonderful loving man, and John will always be remembered for his work ethic, generosity, dedication to family and friends, kind spirit, and sense of fun. The family wishes to thank Dr. Claudius Che for his ever thoughtful care and concern, and the excellent doctors and nurses at the Greater Niagara General and St. Catharines Intensive Care Units.
