Edith (Edie) MIDDLETON Obituary
Surrounded by her loving family, EDITH MIDDLETON, passed away on Wednesday, October 22nd, 2014 at North Lambton Lodge, Forest, at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late Ormie Middleton (Sept. 2014). Sadly missed by her children Brenda Middleton and Peter Messeroll, Bonnie and Cal Hill, Betty and Rick Jones, and Rolly and Wendy Middleton. She was a loving grandmother to Ryan and Jo Ann Schwartz, Carla Schwartz, Heather and Brad MacLean, Amy and Steve Haight, Marni Middleton and Myon Sapeta, Matt Middleton and Kara Nisbet, Jordanna Jones and Kyle Dennis, and Dalton and Corrie Jones, and great grandmother to Bridgette, Aidan, Jake, Griffin, Hunter, Adler, Brody, Charlee, and Emmett. Edie is survived by her brother Shirley (Marlene) Bain, and was predeceased by her parents, John and Mary Bain, her brothers, Bill, Don, Jim, Harry, Lloyd, and Les, and her sisters, Jessie and Betty. The family would like to thank Dr. Buckton and the incredible staff at North Lambton Lodge for the loving care they gave to Edie. A service of remembrance will be held at the Wyoming Chapel, 650 Broadway St., Wyoming, on Monday, October 27th, 2014 at 2:30 p.m., with visitation from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Rev. Dr. Robert Gibson officiating. Interment of cremated remains will be in Hillsboro Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the North Lambton Lodge Auxiliary.
