Edwin KUNZ Obituary check_circle

Edwin Jacobus Kunz passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Friday, November 21, 2014 at Victoria Hospital, London, in his 59th. Born in the Netherlands on May 17, 1956, he and his parents immigrated to Sarnia in 1958, he was raised in Port Dover, and was currently of Toronto. He will be missed by his son Kevin of Toronto, his mother Josiena Skibo of Bright’s Grove, his sister Miriam and Paul Kleber of Watford, and his brother Andrew Kunz and Christina Kidd of St. Thomas. Ed was a loving uncle to Dale Kleber, Ben Kleber, Wade Kleber, Adam Kunz, and Ian Kunz. He was predeceased by his father George (1995). He will also be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. With his love of computers and Steam Whistle beer he became the (Man of Mystery) on the cover of the Steam Whistle calendar. Ed always had time to share ideas with friends. He lived a unique life enjoying many hobby’s including swimming, acting, music, and fixing cars. He will be greatly missed. Visitors will be received on Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Wyoming Chapel, 650 Broadway St., Wyoming. A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the Wyoming Baptist Church, 484 Broadway St., Wyoming. Pastor Steve Stanley officiating. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the London Health Sciences Foundation (London Regional Cancer Centre).
