Rex White Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Rex White announces his passing on Sunday, April 30, 2017 at his residence in his 91st year. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his sisters: Olive Adderley, Beverley Neal and Joan (Sam) Spares; step-brother Keith Mercer; brother-in-law Roland (Kay) Howell; sister-in-law Clarice Howell; his beloved Westie “Skye”; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Daisy (née Howell), parents Randell (Ron) and Ella Whyte, step-mother Jean Whyte, brothers-in-law Jack Adderley and George Neal. Cremation has taken place at Humber Valley Crematorium. The funeral service will be held on Friday, May 5 at 11:00 a.m. from First United Church, Park Street with Rev. Jocelyn Cook officiating. Interment to follow at the United Townsite Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the SPCA or to a charity of one’s choice.
