Wilma was born in Oklahoma on August 13, 1932 to Homer and Ruth Moseley.
Her family wrote, "Wilma will be remembered for her kindness, and appreciation of others. In the hospital the day before she died, Wilma told each of her doctors and family members, "Thank you." It wasn’t until after she passed, that we realized that she was thanking us for helping her, and loving her. Even in her darkest hours, she was thinking of others. We will always be thankful for the time we had with Wilma, and for the love she shared with everyone she met."
