Graciela Avila Obituary
AVILA Graciela Avila, age 83, of Bridgeport passed away into the glorious presence of the Lord on Wed-nesday, May 23, 2012 in Northbridge Health Care, Bridgeport, CT; Graciela was born in Oriente, Cuba but had relocated to the United States over 60 years ago along with her family. Graciela was a wonderful woman who loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She is the beloved widow of the late Jorge Avila. She is survived by her daughters Arlenne O’Brien and her husband Mark and Yvonne Merced and her husband Ramon, all of Bridgeport; one brother Jorge Quintanilla of Miami, Florida; her grandaughter Melissa Merced of Bridgeport; Great grandchildren Orlando Ceballos, Jr. and Elizabeth Ceballos; and one great great grandson Jaeden Gonzalez of Bridgeport; and a host of other relatives and friends who will dearly miss her. She was predeceased by her grandaughter the late Brenda Ceballos; Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Saturday, May 26, 2012 from 10 :30 A.M. – 12:30 P.M. followed by the service and all will take place at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E.
