36, Indianapolis, received her wings and exited this life on November 1, 2011. She leaves to cherish her memory, mother, Betty Adams; step-father, Milton Cooper; grandmother, Itsuko Adams; brother, Kiyoshi Cooper; sisters, Jakobi Adams and Lamika Beard; uncles; aunts; nieces; nephews; cousins and many "good" friends. Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, November 8, 2011 in Rock of Faith Baptist Church, 10302 E. 38th Street, with visitation there from 11 a.m. until the time of service.
