Lillian Jean Bowdery (nee Handy) – Passed away peacefully at Royal Victoria Hospital on Thursday, September 2, 2021 in her 100th year. Beloved wife of the late Ernie Bowdery. Loving Mother to Shirley (Jim) Bates and the late Harvey Bowdery. Cherished Grandma to Eric. Many thanks to Terry and Chris for all the wonderful years of friendship and support. A Visitation will take place at ADAMS FUNERAL HOME (445 St. Vincent Street, Barrie, Ontario) on Monday, September 6, 2021 from 6 – 8p.m. A Graveside Service will take place at St. John’s Anglican Church Cemetery (3191 Penetanguishene Rd, Craighurst, Ontario) on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
