Yvette Baker passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 and will be sadly missed but forever remembered by her family and friends. She leaves behind Fred, her loving husband of 57 years; their children, Michelle (Barry), Bill, Fred (Donna), Donna (Bill), Jackie (Marshall), and Danielle (Ray); eight grandchildren; her sister Rachel; sister- in-law Pauline; and many other relatives and friends. Yvette was born and raised in Willow Bunch, SK. After marrying Fred, a young physician, they moved across Canada from McLennan to Winnipeg, Regina, Montreal, Saskatoon, Sherbrooke, Toronto and Calgary. Yvette devoted her life to her family. She also created beautiful gardens at all her homes, and together with Fred she travelled the world. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Catholic Church (1307 – 14th Street S.W.) on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
