Marlah Hoganson Obituary
Marlah J. Hoganson our beloved aunt, friend, sister and spouse passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont University Hospital Center on Saturday morning, July 9, 2022 at the age of 78. She was born in Gallagher Ridge, the daughter of Ot and Annie Price and raised by her uncle Herman and Jean Price, also of Gallagher Ridge.
Marlah had a memorable career with the Bank of Nova Scotia, being the first ever female appointed Manager of The Atlantic Regional Audit Team. Marlah was a huge animal lover and an original founding member of CA-R-MA (cat-rescue- maritimes). Marlah enjoyed her retirement years with Gerry her many, many cats and dogs on the Ridge, where she could also ride and tend her horses.
She will be greatly missed by her spouse of 30 years, Gerry Pheby; sons Andrew Hall (Gail) and Tony Hall (Tina); their father, Larry Hall (Barb); brother Gerry Price (Bev) many grandchildren and great grandchildren; nieces, Wendy (Troy), Cindy (James), Bonnie Kilborn (Bruce), nephew Dave (Joanne)
Aside from her parents, she was predeceased by her loving daughter Kendra Anne, brothers Aubrey and Gordon Price, sister Juanita Scott.
A Service to Celebrate Marlah’s life will be held on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at 11:00 am, although clothing is mandatory at Fergusons, per Marlah’s wishes, attire should be casual, at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Rd. Moncton, NB, (858-1995). Visiting hours will be Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:00 am. Interment, for close friends and family only at Lone Pine Cemetery.
