Vivian Isabelle Fraser Obituary check_circle

It is with deep sorrow and much love that the family of Vivian Isabelle Fraser (Lynds) announces her sudden passing on Thursday, September 1st at the age of 84 years.

Born on May 7, 1938 as one of the Lynds Triplets in Emmerson, Kent County, she was the daughter of the late Crawford and Alma (Spencer) Lynds.

She is survived by Harvey, her loving and devoted husband of 60 years, her daughter Lisa (Jerry Foster) of Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, and her three beloved granddaughters Hailey (Isaac Hanekamp), Kelly, and Carley.

She will also be lovingly remembered by her surviving sisters and brothers, Ethel Beers, surviving triple Barbara McDuff, Laurinda MacKinnon, Lorna (Oakley) Allen, Vincent Lynds, Arnie (Garda) Lynds, Allison (Pete) Lynds. She was predeceased by her identical triplet sister Caroline, and her other siblings Fred, Elmer, Vaughan, Aubrey, Mellie, Francis, Freda and James. Vivian will also be missed by her many nieces and nephews.

Vivan was so loved by all that knew her. She was a proud Postie, having worked at Canada Post for 35 years before retiring to spend her golden years with her beloved husband Harvey in their Lutes Mountain home that they built and lived in for 49 years. Vivian was full of joy always, and loved nothing more than serving tea and cookies to her visiting family and friends, especially her granddaughters who will forever cherish the precious time spent with their Nana.

The family wishes to thank Dr. Dodge and the many nurses, especially Sylvia, at the Moncton City Hospital who supported Vivian for the short time she was at the ICU, and especially for their support of her family during this heartbreaking time.

Visitation at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton on Sunday, September 4 from 6-8pm. Funeral service will be held at Fergusons Chapel on Monday, September 5 at 1pm. Interment will immediately follow at St. James Presbyterian Cemetery, Beersville.

Donations can be made to the Canadian Kidney Foundation or Friends of the Moncton Hospital.
