Ruth Gwendolyn Stirling Obituary
Stirling, Ruth Gwendolyn (nee Moote). Passed away peacefully at Grandview Lodge on Saturday October 31, 2015 four days after her 90th birthday. Loving mother of Ken and Nancy Stirling, Gwen and Ralph Passmore, Marilyn and Eric Pereira, Lois Stirling, Donna and Daryl Cavers, Barb and John Robinson, and Ron and Irene Stirling. Dear grandmother of 20 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. Sister of Peter and Bev Moote, John and Rosalie Moote. Sister-In-Law of Blanche and Everton Baxter. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by husband Wray; parents Harold & Winnifred (Clysdale) Moote, brother Fred (Margaret); sisters Irene Leonard (Wesley) and Muriel Homewood (Allan) and great-grandson Jordan.
The family will honour her life with visitation at the J.W.Hart Funeral Home, 113 Lock Street East, Dunnville on Tuesday 2-4pm and 7-9pm.
Funeral Service will be held at South Cayuga Community Church, 6182 Rainham Road, Dunnville on Wednesday November 4th, 2015 at 11am.
Interment Dunn United Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to the South Cayuga Community Church or Grandview Lodge.
