Was called home on April 9, 2015 at the age of 71. Charlie was born and raised in Sydney, Nova Scotia and moved to Ontario to start a family. Beloved husband for 47 years of the late Doreen Bartlett (d. 2011). Much loved father of Brenda Grandy (Philip) Ottawa, Bonnie Bartlett of Cambridge, Belinda Baker (Darryl) of Guelph. Proud grandfather of Samantha, Kaitlyn, Jordan, Jessica and Emily. Great grandfather to Lauren and Aailyah. Loved brother of the late Jimmy (Lorraine) Barry (late Aldona), George (Helen), Hilda and Mary-Lou MacDonald (Donny). Dear brother-in-law of Bill Craig (Audrey).
Friends may call at the GILCHRIST CHAPEL à McIntyre & Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph on Friday April 17th starting at 1:00 pm with a memorial service to follow and a reception following in the trillium room of the funeral home.
