Peacefully surrounded by the love of her family, at the Grey Bruce Health Services in Markdale, on Wednesday morning, May 31st, 2017. Edna Agnes Wheildon (nee Ceaser), of Owen Sound and formerly of Chatsworth, at the age of 98 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Jim (Joyce) Wheildon (1999). Precious mother of Linda Cole and her husband, Rick, Jane Morrison and her husband, Steve, both of Owen Sound and Marie Teeter, of Hanover. Proud grandmother of Doug (Denise), Jana, Jason (Roula), Jonathan, Chris, Michael (Jen) and great-grandmother of Matthew (Bobbi), Mitchell (Tayra), Ashley (A.J.), Spencer, Blake (Katie), Simon, Katie, Emily, Sarah, Carley and Steven. Predeceased by her parents, James and Annie Ceaser; her sons-in-law, Doug Thibaudeau and Doug Teeter; her grandson-in-law, Paul Dentinger; her siblings, Jack, Eva and Anne.
A Private Family Graveside Service for Edna Wheildon will be held on Tuesday, June 6th, 2017 at Shiloh Cemetery with Rev. Claire Miller officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Grey Bruce Health Services, Markdale as an expression of sympathy and may be made through the BRIAN E.
