Peacefully on Tuesday, May 5th, 2015 FLORENCE LOUISE MOORE (nee Simpson) passed away at Fiddick’s Nursing Home, Petrolia, at the age of 85. Beloved wife of the late Jimmy Moore (1996). Loving mother of Bill (Vicki) Moore of Etobicoke, Tom (Mary Catherine) Moore of Waterdown, Luanne (John) Rousseau of Cambridge, Kathy (Steve) Wright of New Zealand, and Nancy (Larry) Sullivan of Camlachie. Cherished grandmother of Dan Sullivan (Jackie), Kaitlin (Michael) Abbott, Ashley Sullivan, Alexandra Moore, Rachel Moore, Sara (Josiah) Shelly, Max Rousseau, Alex Rousseau, Darcy Moore, and Russell Smith (Heather). Great grandmother to Gabrielle Sullivan and Benjamin Abbott. Survived by her brother Bert (Norma) Simpson, and her sister Edith Boyle (Johnnie Bond). Predeceased by her parents William and Winnifred Simpson, her brother and sisters, Roberta, Donald, and Norma, and her in-laws James and Annie Moore. A special thanks to Dr. Daniel, the staff and nurses of Fiddick’s Nursing Home, and the staff of Albany Retirement Home for their wonderful care. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 23, 2015 at the WYOMING CHAPEL, 650 Broadway St., Wyoming. Visitors will be received prior to the service from 9:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. Interment of cremated remains in Wyoming Cemetery.
