Peacefully with family by his side, the passing of Edison Raymond Martin age 89 of Montague, devoted and loving husband of 66 years to Marie (MacLean) Martin, occurred on Thursday, February 23, 2023, at the Kings County Memorial Hospital. Born January 7, 1934, son of the late Herman and Katie Bell (MacLeod) Martin. Survived by children, Darlene (Dale) MacPherson, Cassie (Sheldon) Matheson, Douglas Martin, Donna (Garth) MacNeill, Dwayne (Denise) Martin, Lori (Billy) White; brother, Wayne (Debbie) Newman; cherished grandchildren, Tanya, Ryan, Sheri, Spencer, Morgan, Krista, John, Sarah, Leah, Reagan; adored great grandchildren, Chelsea, Jordan, Jenaya, Addison, Keirsten, Mia, Alan, Sophia, Brayden; nieces and nephews.
Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home with visiting on Sunday, February 26, 2023, from 6 to 8 pm. Funeral Service to be held Monday, February 27, 2023 at 11:00 am, in the Funeral Home Chapel with live stream. Interment to take place in Little Sands Cemetery.
