Sidney James Adams Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Sidney James Adams announce his passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook, NL, on Saturday, July 14th, 2018 at the age of 89 years.
Leaving to mourn his wife of 66 years, Marjorie (nee Ford), his daughters; Judy (Iain), Janice, Joyce (Don), and Sharon his grandchildren; Donna (Colin), Alison (Craig), Leanne (Jay), Terri (Guy), Mitchell (Shari) great grandchildren; Heather, Brady, Madison, Morgan, and Kara, twin sister; Nora Tetford, and a warm circle of extended family and friends. Jim is predeceased by his parents; Sidney Francis and Mary Ann Adams,and his sisters; Jean and Maud.
The family will be welcoming friends at St. Bartholomew’s Anglican church in Jackson’s Arm, NL. To share memories and life stories of Jim on Sunday, July 15th from 7-9 pm, and Monday, July 16th, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral service will take place on Tuesday, July 17th, at 2:00 pm, with Rt. Rev. David Torraville officiating with the burial to follow at St. Bartholomew’s Anglican Cemetery in Jackson’s Arm, NL.
