Helen Abbott Obituary
Passed peacefully away at Pleasant View Towers after a long battle with Alzheimer’s Disease on May 8th 2017 in her 85th year Helen Mary (O’Brien) Abbott.
Predeceased by her parents Ellen and Francis O’Brien; her sisters Agnes, Madeline, Mary and Frances; brothers Tom and Ed; mother-in-law Angela Abbott and brother-in-law Robert Abbott.
Left with cherished memories her husband of 60 years Bill; two daughters Catherine (Wade) Tucker and Angela (Barry) Crocker; 5 grandchildren whom she loved dearly, Sean (Krystal) Tucker, Stephen Tucker, Chris (Jennifer) Tucker, Natasha (Chris) Adams and Cody Crocker; sister Rosemary (Harry) Phillips; sister-in-law Theresa O’Brien; brothers-in-law Kevin Manning; John (Alice) Abbott, Ed (Sheila) Abbott; sister-in-law Winnie Abbott; two very dear friends Rose Barrett and Roz Kelly; and very special niece Debbie Phillips who always made mom laugh.
Also Helen’s special family of almost 5 years on 3 SE at Pleasant View Towers Especially the angels that cared for mom in the last few days, nurses Stephanie, Racquel and Chris and Kelly, Donna, Ashley, Melissa and Deanne. (God bless you all).
Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, Lemarchant Road, on Tuesday, May 9 from 1 p.m. à 9 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place from the Basilica of St. John the Baptist on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
