Harriett H. Howell Obituary
Anniston – Graveside services for Harriett H. Howell, 93, of Anniston, will be 3 p.m. Wednesday at Walker Chapel Cemetery in Fultondale with Dr. Mack Amis officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-7 tonight at Gray Brown-Service Mortuary. Mrs. Howell died Sunday, July 29, 2012, at NHC Healthcare. Survivors include her children, Philip (Joyce) Howell, Michael (Linda) Howell and Dora Howell (Joe) Hayes; nephew, Harold (Janet) Dunavant; eight grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and a host of friends. Mrs. Howell is preceded in death by her sister, Lillian Casey and granddaughter, Alyssa Thompson. Pallbearers will be her grandsons and great-grandsons. Mrs. Howell was a longtime member of Parker Memorial Baptist Church and retired from the City of Anniston as Court Magistrate. Online condolences made at www.graybrownservice.com.
