Born in Honolulu, HI on August 24, 1957.
She is predeceased by her parents, Wallace Richard and Helen Taison Eberly
Survived by her sister, Leona (Richard) Eberly Uyesato
and Numerous cousins.
Services will be held at Borthwick Mortuary – Mauka Chapel
on December 14, 2011
Visitation from 5:30 pm – 9:00 pm
Service at 6:30 pm
Burial at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery on December 16, 2011 at 9:00 am.
