BAILEY
ASHEVILLE – Isaac C. "Ike" Bailey of 11 Arden Rd. Apt. 11-C, died Sunday, January 29, 2012. A native of Charleston, S.C. and resident of Asheville for most of his life, he was a son of Isaac F. Bailey and Mary Murray. Both parents preceded him in death.
Ike was a 1970 graduate of Asheville High School and employed with Mission Hospitals for 36 years. He was a member of New Vision Missionary Baptist Church where he sang with the choir.
Surviving are his sister, Loree Christian of Beltsville, Md.; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Services will be held Friday at Noon in Hill St. Baptist Church. Rev. Rod Whiteside will officiate, burial will be in Violet Hill Cemetery.
